- Council requirements, engineering, and consultant costs are not included unless specified
- Timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on project complexity and approvals
- Work will commence upon acceptance of the quote
- Quotes are valid for 14 days unless stated otherwise
-Acceptance of a quote constitutes agreement to these terms.
3. Payments
- Payment terms will be outlined in your invoice or agreement
- SG Design & Co. reserves the right to pause work until payments are received
- Late payments may incur additional fees
- All drawings and documents remain the property of SG Design & Co. until full payment is received
- By paying this invoice, you agree to our terms and conditions
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients must:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Supply any required documents, plans, or approvals
- Ensure all project details are correct before finalisation
5. Revisions & Changes
- Minor revisions may be included depending on the agreement
- Significant changes or redesigns may incur additional charges
6. Third Parties
SG Design & Co. may recommend third-party consultants (e.g. engineers, surveyors), however:
- We are not responsible for their work or fees
- Engagement with third parties is at the client’s discretion
7. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- SG Design & Co. is not liable for indirect or consequential loss
- All services are provided in good faith based on available information
8. Intellectual Property
All drawings, designs, and documents remain the property of SG Design & Co. until full payment is received.
These materials may not be reproduced or used without permission.
